Welcome!
Bette Golden Lamb and J.J. Lamb are co-authors of four crime novels, SIN & BONE, a medical thriller that brings back RN Gina Mazzio (see BONE DRY), who gets caught up in the illicit trade in human body parts and murder; SISTERS IN SILENCE, a medical thriller about a fertility counselor who goes on a mercy-killing spree of barren women; HEIR TODAY…, a fast-paced suspence/adventure featuring a husband-wife team that combines fraud, mayhem, high-seas piracy, murder, and a touchof romance; and BONE DRY, a high-tension medical thriller about theft and ransom of critical bone marrow featuring RN Gina Mazzio; described as “not for the squeamish.”

It’s Gina Mazzio’s wedding eve.
But when she takes the week’s final Ob/Gyn telephone advice call, a deadly serious male voice says repeatedly, “She’s all cut up.”
The police, hospital administrator, and even her fiance, Harry Lucke, insist it was only a crank call, some weirdo doing his thing on a Friday night.
Gina doesn’t buy it. Then she gets a second call – at home. She digs deeper and starts to link the calls and the caller to a series of nurse disappearances – all redheads.
Instead of marriage and a honeymoon with Harry, Gina is drawn into the dangerous, illicit trade in human body parts.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE LAMBS:
Bette and J.J. combine collaboration and cohabitation in an air of creative exchange in their Northern California home. When not writing, either together or independently, Bette, unmistakenly from the Bronx, is a professional ceramicist and artist (www.(BetteGoldenLamb.com), an RN, and devoted gardener (50+ rose bushes!). J.J. ran with bad companions early on and switched from engineering to journalism. He’s also a skilled (and proud) jack-of-all-trades, typical of a born and raised Hoosier (www.jjlamb.com).
In addition to the successful launch of their latest co-authored thriller, the Lambs are looking forward to the publication of new individual novesl – an Urban Fantasy from Bette, and a new Zach Rolfe PI caper (#4) from J.J. They also write short stories, when the spirit (and a market) moves them.
Between them, they belong to Mystery Writers of America, Sisters in Crime, International Thriller Writers, and the same (excellent) writers critique group for past 20 years.
